Carrie FraijoCarrie Fraijo – Carrie Fraijo has worked side-by-side with her husband for most of his 25+ years in real estate. Carrie’s experience of managing the daily operations of the team is integral to its success.

Carrie FraijoMatt Eckl, Senior Negotiator – Matt Eckl has been a member of the Fraijo team for over 4 years, and has successfully negotiated short pay-offs on over 350 loans in the past 18 months. Matt is engaged daily in coordinating with escrow and with agents to ensure successful short sale transactions. Matt also has a California Real Estate License and a license to appraise residential real estate.

Brian AlbaBrian Alba – Brian is the newest addition to the Fraijo Team and works in coordination with the rest of the team negotiating short sales. Brian began his real estate career at eighteen closing nearly $2 million in his first month alone. He brings his experience, creativity and energy to the team and holds a California Real Estate License.
